Timothy Cheung is AsiaSat's Vice President, Operations. Since joining AsiaSat in 1997, Timothy has held various roles in satellite operations and engineering, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing the operational reliability and efficiency of the satellite fleet and customers’ networks.

Leveraging over 25 years of expertise in satellite communications, Timothy currently oversees all operational activities related to the company’s satellite fleet and earth station, as well as support services for customers.

Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
