Arthur Kan is AsiaSat’s General Counsel. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the legal affairs and regulatory compliance of the AsiaSat Group.

Arthur is a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with over 17 years of post-qualification experience gained from both the private practice and as in-house roles with various listed TMT companies.

Prior to joining AsiaSat, Arthur served as the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited, overseeing its legal departments in the Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sheffield and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
